In addition to the rental fee there is a refundable damage deposit of $1000 due at the time of booking. If there are no damages to the property or stolen items the deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the end of the event. We do not charge a cleaning fee, however, if unreasonable mess is left a cleaning fee of at least $200 will be deducted from the damage deposit.
